Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer-remorse returns and exchanges are not accepted. Each crystal is a one-of-a-kind natural stone, individually selected and photographed for your order. We cannot resell returned pieces. Please review your order carefully and ask any questions before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
7-day refund or free replacement window. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email hello@pixiespouch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We respond within 24 hours. You'll get either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement, your choice. We cover any required return shipping.
