We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Each crystal is unique and carefully selected, and we encourage you to review product details and ask questions before purchasing.
