    About Kyanite

Kyanite is a blade of glacial ice transformed into stone, long, striated crystals of deep blue or teal that glisten like waterfalls frozen in mid‑air. This aluminium silicate mineral forms in metamorphic environments where high pressure realigns molecular bonds into slender blades with a silky sheen. Kyanite is unique because its hardness varies by direction; it is softer along its length and harder across its width, reminding you that strength and flexibility can coexist. It invites you to align your energy channels, facilitating clear communication and balanced action.

    Metaphysical Properties

    How to Use

Kyanite’s blades are fragile along certain planes. Protect them from bending, impact and corrosive substances.

    • Do not drop or bend; anisotropic hardness means it can split easily
    • Avoid chemicals and salt which can damage the surface
    • Use gentle cleaning methods like smoke or sound
    • Store flat or cushioned to protect the blades
